Before his career in real estate, Randy founded and led Creative Sales and Marketing for 32 years, an independent firm in the consumer electronics field. Representing over 20 factories including JBL, Harman Kardon, AKG, Mitsubishi, BOSE, and others, his firm earned annual awards for client service, training, and innovative display and sales techniques for retailers and distributors. Randy also pioneered "KnowledgeFest," an enduring sales training event in the consumer electronics industry, which continues to be held annually.
When he isn't matching clients with their dream homes, you'll find him on the open water, navigating the seas. A lifelong sailor and blue water cruiser, Randy proudly owns a 38’ Lagoon sailing catamaran, which he sails between Little River, SC, and Stella Maris, Long Island, Bahamas, every December and May, documenting his sailing journey on a YouTube channel.
