We relocated to Omaha in January of 2020. We looked at new construction, but really were attracted to established neighborhoods. We were lucky to meet Erin early in our decision process, and she helped us source a lot in Rockbrook (unusual, I know), select a builder, and get plans designed all by early March. Then the world changed, and so did our plans. COVID made living in a condo for 12-18 months seem silly. Erin stood with us, marketed the lot at a profit, found a remarkable home in a great neighborhood for an attractive price, and by May 2020, we were settled into a new life. The first tour was in a snowstorm! She also took the time to truly get to know us, our needs, and what we were looking for before showing us listings and homes.
